Staff and customers jump in to help Cash for Kids Appeal
STAFF at Cardwell Garden Centre certainly jumped to it when they were asked to help raise money for the Cash for Kids Appeal.
They wore colourful Christmas jumpers for a day and donated money to the charity. Customers also made donations and with bosses at Cardwell agreeing to match what was raised, the total collected was £210.
Cardwell’s retail general manager, Paul Carmichael said: “Our staff certainly got into the Christmas spirit with a colourful array of jumpers and along with customers, donating to a worthy cause.
“We’d like to thank everyone who donated and took part in a bit of Festive fun.”
