[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”11639″ img_size=”medium”][vc_column_text]YOUNGSTERS will be going potty again this weekend as Cardwell Garden Centre’s Crafty Little Growers’ Club starts again for a new season.
Following the winter break, the popular kids gardening club – for children aged between four and ten years old – takes place every Sunday from March 1, between 11am and noon.
Youngsters will get the chance to plant their own flowers and plants as well as taking part in fun arts and crafts activities.
Every child who joins the Crafty Little Growers’ Club will receive an attendance card and a certificate after their third, sixth and 12th session; fun stickers and each time they attend, they will get a voucher for a half-price children’s meal, in Cardwell’s Patio Restaurant on the day of the club gardening session.
Cardwell’s retail general manager, Paul Carmichael said: “Our aim is to encourage children to become aware of their environment and learn how to enjoy gardening activities.
“Not only are the Crafty Little Growers’ Club sessions educational, they are great fun. During the two years the club has been on the go, many children have enjoyed the activities and they always want to come back for more.”
Each session, costing £3 per child, is bookable online at https://cardwellgardencentre.co.uk/crafty-little-growers-club-2020/[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
