A message to our loyal customers as we close until further notice

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The health and well-being of our customers and staff has always been at the forefront of everything we do.

The current coronavirus pandemic has changed the way we have to live our lives and go about our daily business. It is having an unprecedented affect on everyone and will continue to do so for some time.

Following the advice of the medical experts and both the UK and Scottish Governments on how we should best deal with the coronavirus outbreak, we have decided to completely close Cardwell Garden Centre from 4pm on Monday, March 23 until further notice.

We had introduced measures to protect the health of customers who had been visiting Cardwell, like installing hand sanitisers that our visitors could use. We also introduced free delivery in Inverclyde of goods costing £10 or more that had been ordered by phone from us.

However, considering the increasing threat to everyone’s health posed by the coronavirus, we have decided to completely close for business until it has been deemed safe to re-open.

We thank you for understanding our decision and that it has been taken for the sake of everyone’s health in mind. This will be only the second time since we opened in 1962 that we have had to close. The other occasion was in 2018 when the Beast from the East brought unusually freezing cold temperatures and heavy snow.

One thing’s for sure, we all will get through this current health crisis and you know we love nothing better than to welcome visitors to our garden centre and Patio Restaurant.

We look forward to seeing you all again in the not too distant future when you can once again enjoy what we have to offer at Cardwell Garden Centre.

Please keep looking at our website, Facebook Page and Twitter for updates and news of when we will re-open.

So until we welcome you back to Cardwell, we send our best wishes to you and your family.

Please, stay safe and look after each other.

Stef, Drew and Kieran Gallagher and all at Cardwell Garden Centre[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
